Our Newest Venture...
Denver, CO, August 7, 2013 – After more than two decades in business, Common Grounds Coffeehouse has relocated its premier coffeehouse.
Now comfortable situated in the Sunnyside neighborhood at the corner of 44th Avenue at Vallejo Street, the coffeehouse will continue its mission of providing a community gathering place for North Denver with great coffee and food. The location has been the site of the company’s roasting operation for the past decade but is known locally as “the Radiator Shop” which was its initial incarnation.
In honor of its new location a new coffee blend will be unveiled: The Sunnyside Radiator Blend. The Sunnyside Neighborhood has always been one of Denver’s working class communities. Its history is rich with stories of hardworking descendents of immigrants from all over the globe. This coffee blend will be created using an unusual process which roasts beans from Mexico and Sumatra at the same time, creating sweet yet deep flavor. This cultural melting pot of a community warms the city like a toasty radiator.
